Grandparents Day (the last Sunday in Seniors Month) recognises the contribution grandparents make to families and communities. It's a day for Queenslanders to say “thank you” to all grandparents for their care and support and for passing on their knowledge, experience and traditions to younger generations. For ideas about ways to thank your grandparents, including free downloadable resources, visit qld.gov.au/grandparentsday
